OzTheatrics is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all attendees, regardless of their background or abilities. We believe that everyone should have equal access to the joy of musical theatre, and we strive to create an environment that is accessible and accommodating to everyone.

With advance notice, we can accommodate a range of individual needs and we strongly encourage visitors to notify team members of any individual needs at the time of booking.

Accessibility Features:

• Wheelchair Access: Our venue is wheelchair accessible, with designated spaces for wheelchair users in the auditorium.

• Accessible Seating: We offer a range of accessible seating options, including spaces for visitors with mobility impairments or who require additional legroom or seating support.

• Accessible Toilets: Our venue has accessible toilets located on the ground and mezzanine levels.

• Lifts: There are lifts available for visitors who require assistance accessing different levels of the venue.

• Hearing Loop: Our venue is equipped with a hearing loop system, which amplifies sound for visitors with hearing impairments.

• Bindi Maps: We have partnered with Bindi Maps to provide a digital wayfinding service for visitors who are blind or have low vision.

• Assistant Animals Welcome: We welcome assistance animals into our venue, and can provide water bowls if needed.

• Accessible Parking: There are designated accessible parking spaces located close to the venue entrance.
